This Was The Single Thing That Turned My Practice Around…

I’m Dr. Stephen Huber.

A few years ago, my practice was incredibly stressful. I could barely cover the bills.

I was seeing maybe 8 new patients per month, and things were just getting more and more expensive.

I spent years trying different marketing and consulting programs. And after all that time we never grew. Nothing changed!

The stress was really tough to deal with, and things were looking more and more bleak.

It was a real burden on myself and my family. There was a time in my practice things were so bad, I was pouring what money I had left personally into my practice and I could see the end.

If you’ve been through that you know that it’s impossible not to bring that stress home. It’s hard on you. Even the “free” time you have with your family doesn’t feel like quality time because the pressure is always on.

I won’t lie, when I was introduced to Vanguard, I was hopeful… But not optimistic. This was likely my last shot and after looking into everything I could about them, I decided I had to trust them, and I dove in head first.

The first thing that I experienced made me feel so much better. When they spoke with me and looked at my practice, I felt for the first time like someone was actually looking at MY practice.

They didn’t box me into a cookie-cutter plan, but worked out a real, concrete strategy for my office. My situation. My problems, stresses, worries… and goals.

From there… Everything changed. This was the single thing that turned my practice around.

I now bring in between 30-35 new patients per month. It’s been incredibly easy and predictable for years.

From what I learned my patients and new patients now accept and move forward with treatment at an incredibly high rate.

Overall my practice has more than doubled from a stagnant $40,000 per month to over $80,000 per month (and growing still).

I actually just built my own practice from scratch to expand even further, and am bringing on an associate dentist to handle the increased traffic and continue our growth.

This was the best decision I ever made for my practice and for my life as a whole overall.
